Avocado Za’atar Croissant Pizza
Ingredients:
2 buttery croissants, halved lengthwise
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 tbsp za’atar spice mix
50 g shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Place croissant halves on a baking tray. Brush with olive oil.
Spread mashed avocado over each half, sprinkle za’atar, then top with mozzarella.
Bake for 7–8 minutes until cheese is golden.
Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint.
Serve warm for a Middle Eastern twist on a croissant pizza.
