Ingredients:

– 1 (16 oz) package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

– 4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded or diced string cheese works well)

– 4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp Italian seasoning

– A pinch of salt

Directions:

1. **Preheat the Oven**: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. **Prepare the Biscuits**: Open the container of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

3. **Stuff with Cheese**: Place a small piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough up around the cheese and pinch the edges together to form a sealed ball.
