Ingredients: - A kilo of apples cut into small portions. A medium glass of orange juice. A box of filo pastry dough. 10 tablespoons of melted butter without salt. Two mangoes cut into small pieces. Soft sugar for decoration. Full fat cream to decorate. Method: - Cook orange juice with apple pieces over low heat until soft, and while waiting for that, brush six pieces of dough with melted butter. Put it inside a small square oven tray, then insert the tray into a 200°C oven for five minutes. Take it out of the oven, then put the mango and apple pieces on top of it, and a little of the liquid that was cooked with the apples. Brush the rest of the dough with butter, then place it on top of the apple and mango pieces. Cook it in the oven for 20 minutes, or until it turns golden, then sprinkle it with caster sugar and serve it with cream.
