8 ounces spaghetti noodles, cooked and cooled 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cucumber, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup black olives, sliced 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped For the Dressing: 1/3 cup olive oil 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon honey 1 clove garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool them down.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled spaghetti noodles with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
