2 cloves minced garlic
400g cream cheese
2 tablespoons tahini
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ kilo of minced meat
1 tablespoon mayonnaise sauce
⅓ kilo of tortilla bread

How to prepare
Cut the tortilla slices into triangles, put them on an oven tray equipped with parchment paper, and toast them in the oven with a pinch of salt until they become crispy
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, and saute the garlic and meat until tender, adjusting salt and pepper.
