Delicious Boston-style pizza
Ingredients: 1 lb pizza dough 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat your oven to 450°F. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter. Place the rolled out dough onto a lightly oiled pizza pan. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edge.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add the chopped basil over the cheese. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pizza. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
