DUBAI CHOCOLATE BAR RECIPE

*this Is the recipe that i have been using*

We know EVERYONE has been obsessed with the Dubai chocolate bar so here’s a tutorial to save!

Recipe:

⭐️200g of Katafi dough

⭐️3 TBSPN butter (can be salted and unsalted) ⭐️1/3 to 1/2 cup of pistachio cream (add 1/3 cup first and if it doesn’t look saturated enough add the rest up to 1/2 cup)

⭐️1 TBSPN tahini sauce

⭐️1 bag of milk chocolate chips (I would use Ghirardelli instead but just didn’t have any on hand)

Instructions:

>Chop the katafi dough into smaller shreds. You want to chop them about half an inch short ????

>Melt the butter In the pan on medium heat. Once the butter is melted add the katafi in the pan. Cook the katafi until it’s golden brown. You want to stir this CONSTANTLY so it doesn’t clump together.

>Once toasted place it In a bowl and add in the pistachio cream and tahini sauce. Mix until well combined and saturated.

>Take your chocolate chips and melt them in your microwave. Start at 60 seconds and give it a good mix. If it’s still not melted completely pulse it in the microwave 10 seconds at a time until completely melt it.

>Use your chocolate mold and add 1 layer on the mold (mine for instance was a donut mold so I added one thin layer on the bottom.

>Place it in the freezer for 5-10 mins until it’s set. Take it out of the freezer and add the pistachio filling. Top it with chocolate to cover the pistachio filling and place back in the freezer for 15-20 mins.

>Take it out the freezer and ENJOY!!!!!!!
