Eggs, Steak Bites, and Sausage Breakfast Skillet ????????

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 sausage links, sliced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 large eggs
2 tbsp butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1️⃣ Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak bites with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Sausage:
In the same skillet, add sliced sausage links and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Remove and set aside with the steak bites.
3️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:
Add chopped bell peppers and onion to the skillet.
Sauté for 4-5 minutes, or until softened and slightly caramelized.
4️⃣ Cook the Eggs:
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet.
Add butter, and once melted, crack the eggs into the skillet.
Cook sunny-side up or to your desired doneness, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Combine and Serve:
Return the steak bites and sausage to the skillet, mixing gently with the vegetables to warm through.
Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
