Grilled Steak, Honey BBQ Wings, and Cajun Shrimp with Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
For the Grilled Steak:
- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1 lb each) ????
- 2 tablespoons olive oil ????
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder ????
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ????
- Salt and black pepper to taste ????
For the Honey BBQ Wings:
- 1 lb chicken wings ????
- 1/2 cup honey ????
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce ????
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ????
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional) ????️
For the Cajun Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined ????
- 2 tablespoons butter ????
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning ????️
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder ????
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice ????
For the Corn on the Cob:
- 4 ears of corn, husked ????
- 2 tablespoons butter ????
- Salt and black pepper to taste ????
Directions:
1. Prepare the Steak:
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Heat a grill to high. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
2. Make the Honey BBQ Wings:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set up a grill.
- Toss the chicken wings with smoked paprika and chili powder (if using). Place on a baking sheet or grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, mix honey and barbecue sauce. Heat over low heat until combined. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce before serving.
3. Cook the Cajun Shrimp:
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
4. Prepare the Corn on the Cob:
- Boil or grill the corn for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Brush with butter and season with salt and black pepper.
5. Assemble the Platter:
- Arrange the grilled steak slices, honey BBQ wings, Cajun shrimp, and corn on the cob on a large serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges for an extra touch of freshness.
