Grilled Steak, Honey BBQ Wings, and Cajun Shrimp with Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
For the Grilled Steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
For the Honey BBQ Wings:
1 lb chicken wings
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Cajun Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Corn on the Cob:
4 ears of corn
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
For the Drizzle Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate the Steak
Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or set up a grill.
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Coat the wings with half the sauce and bake or grill for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway. Reserve the remaining sauce for basting.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque.
Step 4: Grill the Steak
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 5: Cook the Corn on the Cob
Boil or grill the corn until tender (about 10 minutes).
Brush with butter and sprinkle Cajun seasoning.
Step 6: Prepare the Drizzle Sauce
Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
Step 7: Assemble and Serve
Plate the sliced steak, wings, shrimp, and corn.
Drizzle the sauce over the steak and shrimp.
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
