Hello Dolly Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to help lift the bars out later.
  2. Stir the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan to create an even crust.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and pecans on top of the crust in layers.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything, making sure it covers the entire surface.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are nicely browned and the center looks set.
  6. Let the bars cool completely on a wire rack. When cooled, lift them out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
