Hello Dolly Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to help lift the bars out later.
- Stir the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan to create an even crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and pecans on top of the crust in layers.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything, making sure it covers the entire surface.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are nicely browned and the center looks set.
- Let the bars cool completely on a wire rack. When cooled, lift them out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
