- **2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (30 ml)**
- **50g (1/4 cup) melted butter**
- **1 tbsp Provencal herbs (15 ml)**

### **???? Instructions:**
1️⃣ **Heat the Milk**
- Pour the **milk** into a pot and heat it over **medium heat** until it reaches a gentle simmer (do not boil).
2️⃣ **Add Vinegar & Form Curd**
- Remove from heat and **stir in apple cider vinegar**.
- Let it sit for **5–10 minutes** as the milk curdles and separates from the whey.
3️⃣ **Drain the Whey**
- Place a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel over a **strainer** and pour the mixture through it.
- Let the whey drain out for **15 minutes**.
4️⃣ **Flavor & Shape the Cheese**
- Transfer the curds to a bowl and **mix in melted butter, salt, and Provencal herbs**.
- Press the mixture into a container or mold, smoothing the top.
