Honey-Glazed Corn Casserole with a Crispy Parmesan Crust

- 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, and honey.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
