### **Lemon Garlic Baked Fish** 

#### **Ingredients:** 

– 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or halibut work well) 

– 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter 

– 3 cloves garlic, minced 

– Juice of 1 lemon 

– 1 tsp lemon zest 

– 1/2 tsp paprika 

– 1/2 tsp dried oregano (or thyme) 

– 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste) 

– 1/4 tsp black pepper 

– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 

– Lemon slices (for serving) 

#### **Instructions:** 

1. **Preheat oven** to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. 

2. **Prepare the sauce:**  

   – In a small bowl, mix olive oil (or melted butter), minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. 

3. **Season the fish:** 

   – Place the fish fillets in the baking dish. 

   – Pour the lemon garlic mixture evenly over the fillets, making sure they are well coated. 

4. **Bake:** 

   – Bake for 12–15 minutes (depending on thickness) until the fish flakes easily with a fork. 

5. **Serve:**
