### **Crispy Roasted Cauliflower** 

**Simply delicious, packed with flavor, and irresistibly crispy!** 

#### **Ingredients:** 

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets 

- 3 tbsp olive oil 

- 2 cloves garlic, minced 

- 1 tsp smoked paprika 

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 

- 1/2 tsp onion powder 

- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste) 

- 1/4 tsp black pepper 

- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) 

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crispiness) 

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 

- 1/2 lemon, for squeezing 

#### **Instructions:** 

1. **Preheat oven** to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

2. **Season the cauliflower:** 

   - In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. 

   - If using Parmesan, add it now for extra crispiness. 

3. **Roast:** 

   - Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they aren’t crowded. 

   - Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the edges. 

4. **Finish & Serve:** 

   - Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice for a burst of flavor. 

   - Serve hot and enjoy the crispy goodness!
