#### **Ingredients:** 

✅ 6 slices of bread 

✅ 6 slices of cheese 

✅ 6 slices of bacon 

✅ 4 eggs 

✅ Salt, to taste 

✅ Black pepper, to taste 

✅ Fresh parsley, chopped 

✅ Green onion, chopped 

✅ 1 tablespoon butter (for frying)

#### **Instructions:** 

1️⃣ **Prepare the Bread Base** 

- Flatten each slice of bread slightly using a rolling pin or your hands. 

2️⃣ **Assemble the Breakfast Cups** 

- Grease a muffin tin or small ovenproof cups. 

- Press a slice of bread into each cup, forming a "basket." 

- Place a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon inside each bread cup. 

3️⃣ **Add the Eggs** 

- Crack an egg into each cup (or whisk the eggs and pour evenly). 

- Season with salt and black pepper. 

4️⃣ **Cook to Perfection**

- Heat a covered pan over low heat and place the cups inside.
