- Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, water (or chicken stock), and cornstarch. Stir until well combined and set aside. - Cook the Noodles:
Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside. - Cook the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the diced beef, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 3-5 minutes). Remove and set aside. - Cook the Shrimp:
