✅️Ingredients:

For the Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 cup water or chicken stock
1 tsp cornstarch (to thicken the sauce)

For the Stir-Fry:
200g beef, diced
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
200g noodles (egg noodles or any preferred type)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1-2 green onions, chopped
1-2 dried chilies (optional, for garnish)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

✅️Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, water (or chicken stock), and cornstarch. Stir until well combined and set aside.
  2. Cook the Noodles:
    Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  3. Cook the Beef:
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the diced beef, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 3-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook the Shrimp:
    In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  5. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
    Add the sliced red bell pepper and dried chilies (if using) to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Combine Everything:
    Return the cooked beef and shrimp to the pan. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir until everything is well coated. Let it simmer for 2 minutes to thicken.
  7. Add the Noodles:
    Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish and Serve:
    Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
