Snickers Fudge

Snickeers

A delicious recipe for **Snickers Fudge**—a sweet treat that combines the classic Snickers candy bar flavors with creamy fudge.

### Ingredients:

#### For the Fudge:

– 2 cups white chocolate chips

– 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (use the full-fat version for best results)

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter

– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

– Pinch of salt

#### For the Snickers Layer:

– 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)

– 1 cup mini marshmallows

– 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts (or roasted peanuts)

– 2 full-size Snickers bars (chopped into small pieces)

### Instructions:

#### 1. Prepare the Snickers Layer:

– Chop the Snickers bars into small bite-sized pieces.

– In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and marshmallows. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted (about 1-2 minutes total).

– Stir in the chopped Snickers and peanuts. Set aside.

#### 2. Make the Fudge:

– In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.

– Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

– Remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly.

#### 3. Layer the Fudge:

– Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

– Pour half of the white chocolate fudge mixture into the pan, spreading it into an even layer.

– Next, spread the Snickers-peanut-butter mixture over the fudge layer, creating a nice, even layer.

– Finally, pour the remaining white chocolate fudge mixture over the Snickers layer, spreading it out evenly.

#### 4. Chill the Fudge:

– Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3-4 hours (or overnight) until it’s fully set and firm.

#### 5. Serve:

– Once the fudge is set, remove it from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut it into squares and serve!

### Tips:

– You can use regular-sized Snickers bars if you’d like; just chop them into smaller pieces.

– For a thicker fudge, use a smaller pan (like a 9×9-inch or 8×8-inch pan).

– Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Enjoy your rich, decadent Snickers Fudge!
