Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 large egg 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon paprika powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice Cooking spray (for hot air fryers)
Directions: Preheat air fryer. Preheat air fryer to 190ðC (375ðF) a few minutes before serving. Prepare meatball mixture. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, grated Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well, but do not overwork the meat. Make the meatballs: Using your hands or a small ice cream scoop, form the chicken mixture into meatballs about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.Fry the meatballs: Lightly spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer, not touching each other. Fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 74ðC or 165ðF).
