Spicy Turkish Salad recipe
A healthy salad made with assorted vegetables, known for its spicy taste and the addition of pomegranate molasses. Ingredients: 3 medium-sized tomatoes, cubed 2 bell peppers, red and yellow, cubed 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley For the dressing: Salt and black pepper (to taste) 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses 1 tablespoon olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon dried mint 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses, for garnish Instructions: In a deep bowl, mix all the vegetables together. In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients together. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and drizzle with pomegranate molasses in a decorative pattern.
