Ingredients: 6 pieces of potatoes. 1/4 cup of corn. 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms. 1/4 cup of chopped and pitted olives. 1/4 cup of peas. 2 green bell peppers, chopped. 1 cup grilled and chopped sausage. 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise. 4 tablespoons of yogurt. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. 1 teaspoon of salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon of butter.

Preparation method: Wash the potatoes well with water to get rid of the dirt stuck in them. Dry the potatoes, being careful not to peel them. Put the potatoes in a tray and put them in a preheated oven for half an hour or until they are done. Make an hole in the middle of each potato. Put a little butter, salt and black pepper on each bead. Mix the potato pulp with a fork with the previous ingredients. Remove the potatoes from the pulp, then mix it with the mozzarella cheese well until the ingredients are homogeneous. Stuff the potatoes with the pulp mixture, then add the mushrooms, corn, peas, olives, peppers and sausages. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and mustard. Pour the sauce over and serve immediately.
