- **Salt**: 1 teaspoon

- **Black Pepper**: ½ teaspoon

- **Ground Cumin**: ½ teaspoon (optional)

- **Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil**: For frying

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the veggies**: Grate the zucchini, carrot, and sweet potato using a box grater or food processor. Place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
