Beef Stroganoff recipe
Beef Stroganoff is a very famous dish in Europe, consisting of beef steak cooked with mushrooms and cream. and we also offer it in our own special way as one of the famous Russian dishes. Ingredients for making Beef Stroganoff: 1 kg of beef steak, cut into medium slices 2 tablespoons of corn oil 2 large onions, sliced 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 1/2 cups of fresh or canned mushrooms 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce 2 cups of beef broth (or 2 cups of water with 2 beef bouillon cubes) Salt and black pepper to taste 1/2 cup of cooking sour cream 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard (if not available, use regular mustard) 2 tablespoons of flour Fresh dill Noodles or pasta for serving Directions for making Beef Stroganoff: Season the beef slices with salt and pepper and add a little vegetable oil to the beef. Mix well. Heat a frying pan for searing, then brown the beef slices on all sides. Add the vegetable oil, then add the sliced onions, crushed garlic, and mushrooms. Stir well. Add the tomato sauce and beef broth, then mix the ingredients together a little. Cover the pan and let the beef cook for about half an hour, or until the beef slices become tender.
