Ingredients: For the Cake: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 4 large eggs 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (tossed in a little flour to prevent sinking) For the Frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 4 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: For the Cake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool completely. For the Frosting: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until creamy and smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, and beat until well combined. Mix in the vanilla extract. To Assemble: Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cake.
