Ingredients: 8 oz. pasta (any type) 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 cup olive oil Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese (optional) Instructions: Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions.
In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the broccoli florets to the pan with the garlic and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the broccoli. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the garlic and broccoli mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
