Ingredients: 3 cups frozen peas, thawed 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (optional, for garnish) Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
