Ingredients: 3 cups frozen peas, thawed 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (optional, for garnish) Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined to create the dressing.

Add the thawed peas, chopped red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl.

Gently toss all the ingredients together until the peas and other ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
