Ingredients: For the Crust: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 3-4 tablespoons cold water For the Filling: 3-4 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced (use a variety like Granny Smith for best results) 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon cornstarch For the Topping: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Make the Crust: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
