Grilled vegetable salad recipe
A healthy dish is a change from the usual vegetable salad dish, it contains vegetables, but in this recipe it will be grilled and with few calories
Grilled Vegetable Salad Ingredients:
Four green hot peppers, cut into medium-sized rings
Three sweet peppers, colored (green, yellow, red), sliced
Onion cut into rings
Two tomatoes, cut into cubes
Two zucchini, cut into medium-sized circles
Two eggplant, cut into cubes
A cup and a half of green beans
A tablespoon of salt and a half a tablespoon of black pepper
For the sauce:
.Juice of two lemons
A tablespoon of vinegar
Half a tablespoon of hot sauce
Two tablespoons of olive oil
Half a tablespoon of sumac
Salt and black pepper to taste
Crushed garlic
How to make grilled vegetable salad:
- Bring a baking tray and grease it with a thin layer of olive oil, then put the pieces of vegetables on the tray and brush its face with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper
- Put it in the oven for a quarter of an hour, then take it out and set it aside to cool
- In another dish, mix the sauce ingredients until well combined (olive oil, lemon juice, mashed garlic, vinegar, sumac, salt and black pepper).
- Put the vegetables on a serving plate, then pour the sauce over the vegetables
