Grilled vegetable salad recipe


A healthy dish is a change from the usual vegetable salad dish, it contains vegetables, but in this recipe it will be grilled and with few calories

Grilled Vegetable Salad Ingredients:
Four green hot peppers, cut into medium-sized rings

Three sweet peppers, colored (green, yellow, red), sliced

Onion cut into rings

Two tomatoes, cut into cubes

Two zucchini, cut into medium-sized circles

Two eggplant, cut into cubes

A cup and a half of green beans

A tablespoon of salt and a half a tablespoon of black pepper

For the sauce:

.Juice of two lemons

A tablespoon of vinegar

Half a tablespoon of hot sauce

Two tablespoons of olive oil

Half a tablespoon of sumac

Salt and black pepper to taste

Crushed garlic

How to make grilled vegetable salad:

  1. Bring a baking tray and grease it with a thin layer of olive oil, then put the pieces of vegetables on the tray and brush its face with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper
  2. Put it in the oven for a quarter of an hour, then take it out and set it aside to cool
  3. In another dish, mix the sauce ingredients until well combined (olive oil, lemon juice, mashed garlic, vinegar, sumac, salt and black pepper).
  4. Put the vegetables on a serving plate, then pour the sauce over the vegetables
