A Simple and Hearty Ground Beef Casserole Recipe that you can try. This casserole is filled with comforting flavors and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 bell pepper, diced 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned) 1 cup cooked rice 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup sour cream (optional) Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.

Drain any excess fat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the diced tomatoes (with their juice), tomato sauce, corn, cooked rice, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
