The method of work
- To prepare the rice: wash it well with water, then put it in a saucepan and cover it with water over a strong heat.
- Stir the rice constantly until the water begins to boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover the pot and leave it for 6-8 minutes until the water dries up.
- In a small saucepan, mix the vinegar, sugar and salt and put on a medium heat until the ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour the mixture over the rice and let it cool to room temperature.
- To prepare the sushi rolls: Lay the wood mat on a hard surface, on top of it, then the nylon paper, then the nori paper.
- Place a layer of rice on the nori sheet, then cover with salmon slices.
- Flip the nori sheet so that the rice and salmon are on the nylon paper, then put an avocado cube and a spoonful of cream cheese in the center of the sheet.
- Roll the paper with a little pressure on it until it forms a roll and repeat the ball with the remaining amount of rice.
- Once you have finished wrapping, put the Philadelphia Roll in the refrigerator until it cools.
- Take the rolls out of the fridge and cut them into 6 round slices.
- Place in a serving dish, along with wasabi, ginger and soy sauce.
