How to make fish fillet with cream ?
Ingredients: Fish fillet 1 cup of cooking cream ½ cup of water Salt to taste A pinch of black pepper A pinch of paprika 2 cloves of minced garlic Juice of 1 lemon Zest of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon of white vinegar ½ tablespoon of cornstarch 1 finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon of oil or butter Preparation: Rub both sides of the fish fillet with salt, black pepper, and paprika until it is well coated. Mix the cornstarch with water until well combined and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, stirring for a few seconds before adding the fish fillet. Fry one side of the fillet for about 4 minutes and the other side for 3 minutes. Remove the fish from the pan and add the chopped onion. Stir until it softens and then add the juice of half a lemon, a tablespoon of water, and a tablespoon of white vinegar. Stir until it is cooked. Add the cooking cream and the mixture of water and cornstarch, stirring until the mixture boils and becomes thick. Add the juice of the remaining lemon and lemon zest and stir well. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper and stir. Pour the sauce over the fish fillet and serve.
