How to make Shrimps soup?
Shrimp Soup Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 kg peeled shrimp
Salt and black pepper as needed
2 cloves minced garlic
1 chopped onion
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
Shrimp soup steps:
1- Put the butter in a suitable saucepan, then add the shrimp and stir until it turns pink, and add salt and black pepper as needed.
2- Add the onion, garlic and red pepper to the mixture and stir for 3 minutes, then add the ginger and stir the whole mixture for a minute.
3- Put four cups of water on the mixture, and leave it until the shrimp is cooked, add the coriander, and you are done preparing the shrimp soup.
Note: You can add 1 cup of cooked rice to the mixture, and 2 cups of mixed vegetables to your liking.
Serve shrimp soup hot, and add lemon juice if you like.
