How to prepare
Put the yogurt, grated onion, red and black pepper and dried thyme in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Add the vegetable oil and stir until the marinade ingredients are completely mixed, then put the meat in it and stir until all the pieces of meat are mixed with the marinade.
Leave the meat in the marinade for about two hours to absorb all the flavors.
Put the meat in a non-stick pan with hot water and leave it until it is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Cut the potatoes into small fingers or grate them lengthwise, then salt them and put them in hot oil and fry until golden and crispy, halve them and set them aside.

We prepare the red sauce, put the oil in a pan with the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and red pepper, and stir until the sauce becomes thick.
Melt the butter with a little oil and heat it, then add the red pepper flakes and stir for a minute.
Put the red sauce and butter sauce on top of the meat so that the dish is ready to be served.
