Ingredients for the 4-cheese Bolognese Lasagna
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated provolone cheese
1 package precooked lasagna pasta (500g)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
400g ground beef
3 chopped tomatoes
2 cans of tomato sauce
Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Directions
For the sauce, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the garlic, the onion and the meat until golden brown. Add the tomatoes and saute
saute for 2 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and the parsley and cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, the provolone and the Catupiry. In a medium baking dish, alternate layers of sauce, pasta, sauce and cheese mixture, ending with sauce. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until baked and golden brown. Remove and serve decorated as desired
