low-carb biscuits that you can enjoy as a healthier alternative to traditional biscuits.

These biscuits are made with almond flour and are both keto-friendly and gluten-free. Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil 2 large eggs 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) 1/2 teaspoon salt Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt.

Mix well to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter or coconut oil, eggs, and almond milk until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. If the dough seems too dry, you can add a little more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a biscuit shape and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. These low-carb biscuits are perfect for serving alongside soups, salads, or as a snack on their own. Enjoy!
