Ingredients:

300 g chicken breast strips

1 tbsp harissa paste

1 ripe mango, diced

½ red onion, finely sliced

4 soft tortillas

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Fresh coriander leaves

Instructions:

Marinate chicken in harissa paste for 30 minutes.

Cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through.

Warm tortillas and spread a little Greek yogurt on each.

Add chicken, mango cubes, and red onion.

Top with coriander leaves and fold into tacos.
