Meat slices with mozzarella cheese recipe
A unique recipe for presenting meat slices in a non-traditional way, taken from the American cuisine, where we will present slices of beef or lamb with white sauce with mushrooms and peppers, a group of high nutritional value ingredients. Ingredients for meat slices with mozzarella cheese: 8 pounded lamb slices 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese Half a cup of flour Three-quarters of a cup of ground crackers Half a cup of butter Quarter cup of chopped green peppers Cup of fresh chopped mushrooms Quarter cup of milk Tablespoon of vinegar Tablespoon of chopped parsley Beaten egg 2 cloves of garlic A pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of allspice Steps to prepare meat slices with mozzarella cheese: • After pounding and seasoning the meat slices, • We sprinkle the shredded cheese on 4 slices, then cover each slice with another slice of meat and press them together until they stick. • We dip the slices in flour and set aside for 15 minutes. • We dip the slices in beaten egg and then in the ground crackers. • We put the butter in a pan on low heat. • We fry the slices well on both sides and half of them in a dish and set them aside. • We add the chopped green peppers to the pan and stir them on low heat. • We pound the garlic and add it with the mushrooms, milk, and vinegar to the pan. • We leave the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes with continuous stirring. • We put the slices in plates and pour the pepper and mushroom mixture over them and decorate with parsley. • Serve hot
