Recipe for Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti:


8 ounces spaghetti 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined. Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss until the spaghetti is evenly coated.

Pour half of the marinara sauce into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Spread the spaghetti and cream cheese mixture on top of the marinara sauce in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the spaghetti mixture, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the dish. Sprinkle the garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil over the cheese layer.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
