: Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown) 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried thyme Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping) 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for topping) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
