A delicious dessert that combines the flavors of pecan pie with a cobbler topping: Ingredients: For the pecan pie filling: 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 1 cup (240ml) light corn syrup 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups (200g) pecan halves For the cobbler topping: 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup (120ml) milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined. Stir in the pecan halves and mix until they are evenly coated with the syrupy mixture. Pour the pecan pie filling into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
