Fried Potatoes Onions & Smoked Polish Sausage

Ingredients:

°1 pound Cajun smoke sausage

°1 pound smoke turkey sausage

°2 pound red potatoes

°2 large onions, cut into pieces

°1 tablespoon Cajun spice

°½ teaspoon of salt

°1 teaspoon paprika

°½ teaspoon black pepper

°Olive oil

PREPARATION:

-Preheat oven to 400*

- Cut the meat into ½ inch slices

- Cut the onion into wedges or chunks

-Place the potatoes, onions and meat in a bowl

-Mix seasonings and olive oil

- Stir to combine well

-Place on prepared rimmed baking sheet

- Bake and roast for 45 minutes

- Garnish with parsley before serving
