How to make Indomie salad ?
Ingredients: For the noodles: Noodles – 3 packs or 500 grams Soy sauce – 1/4 cup Sugar – 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar – 2 tablespoons Water – 2 tablespoons Grated fresh ginger – 1 teaspoon Red chili pepper – 1/2 teaspoon For the egg omelette: Beaten eggs – 2 Sugar – 2 teaspoons Salt – a pinch Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon For the toppings: Shredded carrots – 1 Halved cherry tomatoes – 2 Shredded carrots – 1 Thinly sliced cucumber – 2 Thinly sliced Ethiopian beef jerky – 2 slices Half boiled egg – 1 Instructions: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, water, grated ginger, and red chili pepper to prepare the sauce. Set the ingredients aside or refrigerate them.
To prepare the egg omelette, beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan on the stove, then pour in the beaten eggs. Cook until the omelette is cooked on both sides. Allow the omelette to cool, then cut it into very thin slices on a wooden board. In a pot on the stove, boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and place them in a serving dish, then pour the prepared sauce over them. Place the shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, sliced omelette, Ethiopian beef jerky, half-boiled egg, and cucumber on top, just like in the picture above. Serve the Indomie salad immediately.
