Instructions: Cook the spaghetti or linguine noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Crumble the Italian sausage into the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. Pour in the chicken broth and white wine. Stir to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss them with the sausage and vegetable mixture until well combined.

Stir in the chopped basil leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional minute to allow the flavors to meld. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and additional fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your Italian Drunken Noodles! This dish is versatile, and you can add other ingredients like mushrooms, spinach, or olives to customize it to your taste. Feel free to experiment and adjust the seasonings and spices according to your preferences.
