500 gm boiled macaroni

2 green peppers, sliced

2 yellow peppers, sliced

One onion, sliced

3 garlic cloves, mashed

1 tablespoon of dried basil

tablespoon of oregano

1 tablespoon of flour

200gm French cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons butter

2 maggi cubes

1 teaspoon curry

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon tomato paste

How to prepare :
1- Boil the pasta with water, salt and a tablespoon of oil, drain it and set it aside.

2- Saute the onions and garlic with two tablespoons of butter until they change color. Add the carrots with two cubes of MAGGI Chicken Stock, then add the green and yellow peppers and stir them well.

3- We put oregano and basil on top with a teaspoon of curry and black pepper and leave them for two minutes to take the flavor of each other

4- We add the flour and a teaspoon of tomato paste and stir and when we get a mass, add a cup of hot water to it, stir and leave them for ten minutes on a low heat.

5- Add the pasta and stir them together for another five minutes and turn off the heat, then put the shredded cheese directly on top of them and pour them into the serving dish.. the cheese will melt with the heat of the dish
