Mexican meat pizza is one of the most delicious Mexican dishes. It consists of two layers of toasted tortilla bread with a layer of delicious meat seasoned with tasty taco spices in between, topped with a layer of tasty cheese, lettuce, tomato, and olives.
Here’s how to make it: Ingredients: 8 tortilla bread loaves 3 tablespoons of olive oil First layer: 1/2 kg of ground meat 2 tablespoons of Mazola oil 1 1/2 teaspoons of Mexican taco spices 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 cup of water Second layer: 1/2 cup of Queso Quesadilla cheese 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese 1 tomato 1/4 cup of sliced olives 3 lettuce leaves Instructions: Brush the tortilla bread loaves with olive oil and place them in a baking dish. Toast them in the oven at medium temperature for a few minutes until they become golden. In a pan, add the Mazola oil and the ground meat. Cook them on medium heat, stirring continuously until the meat is cooked. Add the Mexican taco spices, salt, and water. Stir until the water evaporates and the first layer is ready.
