Ingredients: 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 tablespoons oil 87g (3 oz) semi-sweet chocolate, containing 60-70% cocoa 87g (2/3 cup) whole wheat flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 large eggs For decoration: Powdered sugar Red berries, strawberries, or cherries Instructions: Mix the butter, oil, and chocolate in a double boiler until the chocolate melts completely. Stir them gently with a spoon. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, and stir well. In a large bowl, put the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs, and beat them with a mixer on medium speed for two minutes. Set aside 2 1/2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture.
Gradually pour the chocolate mixture over the egg mixture, divide the dough evenly among 10 lightly oiled glass containers, and put 3/4 teaspoon of the chocolate mixture that you set aside in the center of each container. After finishing, arrange the containers on a tray, cover them, and refrigerate them for an hour. Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F), and place the cold containers for 15 minutes at room temperature. Remove the cover and bake them for 13 minutes. Then, place the serving dish over each container, transfer the cake, and decorate them with powdered sugar and red fruits if desired.
