As we have already mentioned, there are many types of burgers, we will first explain how to prepare the burger bread and then how to prepare the different fillings.

Mini burger bun ingredients
2 cups of white flour.
Half a cup of corn oil.

Powdered milk, about 3 tablespoons.
A little sugar.

Water for kneading.

How to prepare

  • We bring a clean bowl for kneading and put the flour, powdered milk, a pinch of sugar, a pinch of salt and yeast, and mix the ingredients together well.
    We add oil to the previous mixture, then stir well, then gradually add warm water to the mixture, kneading the ingredients until we get a relatively soft mixture, easy to shape.

Leave the dough long enough to ferment.
We cut the dough and form it in the form of medium-sized balls, and we grease its face with liquid milk, then we put the balls on a clean sheet of paper and put it in the oven on a medium temperature, and leave it until maturity.

When the bread is well cooked, and the color of the face becomes golden, we take it out of the oven and slit it completely in the middle, then we prepare the required filling, whether meat, chicken or tuna, and we add pieces of tomatoes, lettuce and slices of cheese, as desired.

How to prepare the filling for the mini beef burger
A medium-sized grated onion.
Ketchup as desired.

Salt, black pepper and spices to taste.
A little cinnamon.

Breadcrumbs in an amount of about 3 tablespoons.
Three tablespoons of oil.

We grease the hamburger with oil on both sides, then we put the hamburger in the oven or on a charcoal grill, and continue to stir until good confusion on both sides and until the meat is cooked.

We prepare the burger bread, and we put the burger in it, then we add onion slices, lettuce, tomato slices, a slice of cheese, and any other ingredients as desired, and it is possible to add mayonnaise and ketchup.

We fry the hamburger in the pan very carefully so that it does not disintegrate in the pan, and we stir it up every once in a while until it is well cooked and takes an appropriate color on both sides.

We bring the burger bread and make a flat in the middle, and put the chicken burger in it and sleep by adding the filling as desired, you can add onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber and lettuce, and mayonnaise and ketchup can be added as desired.
