Oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips
Oats: 6 cups
Chocolate chips: 3 cups
Flour: two and a half cups
Brown sugar: 2 cups
Butter: 2 cups (at room temperature)
Sugar: a cup (white)
Eggs: 4 grains
Vanilla extract: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 2 teaspoons
Baking soda: a tablespoon
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix brown sugar and white sugar in a medium bowl until combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring well.
Sift the flour into a separate bowl, then mix with the baking soda and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring well to get rid of lumps.
Add to the mixture oats and chocolate granules.
Stir the ingredients until they overlap.
Divide the cookie dough into small balls and then place them in an oven tray covered with butter paper.
Put the mold in the oven until the cookies are cooked, for 10-12 minutes.
Leave the mold on the mesh rack to cool.
Arrange the cookies in the serving dish.
