Philly Cheesesteak Cheesy Bread.

Ingredients: Sliced steak (typically ribeye) Hoagie or sub rolls Provolone or American cheese (or a combination of both) Green bell peppers, thinly sliced Onion, thinly sliced Olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions: Preheat your oven to a medium-high broil setting. In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.

Add thinly sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In the same skillet, cook the sliced steak until it’s browned and cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the hoagie or sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.

Pile the cooked steak on one half of each roll, and top it with the sautéed peppers and onions. Place slices of provolone or American cheese (or a combination of both) on top of the steak and vegetables. Put the baking sheet under the broiler for a few minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are toasted.
