Vegetable oil as needed. A quantity of rusk, and scrambled eggs. Method of preparation Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl, then flavor them with black pepper and salt,
then mix the ingredients together using the masher spoon to mix well. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, and flour over the potato mixture, then knead the ingredients well with our hands. We form medium-sized balls, then put each ball on the palm of our hand, put a piece of cheese in it, and then close it on itself to cover the pieces of cheese. Repeat the previous step for the remaining amount of potato paste. Dip the potato balls in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan on the stove, then fry the potatoes in it, and when they turn golden, remove them from the oil. Place the croquettes on a serving plate with ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise. Note: We can keep the croquette balls in the fridge after dipping them in eggs and breadcrumbs to ensure that they remain firm until they are fried.
